About BCHA If you own your own horse and enjoy riding, the Baker County Horse Association is the recreational organization you are looking for! The Baker County Horse Association (BCHA) began in 2003 with four members and has since grown to more than 125 active members both young and old. Members meet every 1st and 3rd Saturday, 7 P.M., at the Baker County Fairgrounds Arena with their equine in tow to enjoy speed events such as pole bending, the Texas barrel race, the arena race, and cloverleaf barrel racing.
